The thing is, the internet marketing instruction niche is based on people like you buying more products each month. If you don't buy, the gurus die.

So they keep peddling new products that you may or may not need.

But the products don't fit together, they don't get you the results you want.

And so what happens is that each month, like clockwork, you are buying a new online course that you hope is the final puzzle piece in the big puzzle of building your online business.

But each one leads to you needing to buy just one more thing, and another, over and over again, just one more thing.

It's like a never-ending cycle.

I know how it feels, because that's how I got started.

Buying product after product after product, just wishing I could find the ONE THING that would get me the results I wanted and deserved.

As you know, I got started online back in 2011. I started by building a list, and when I had about 800 subscribers after about 3 months, I wrote an ebook. It sold well enough that I took in about $900 that month. So I wrote another ebook the next month, and made $1600 my 4th month in the business.

Then the following month I created a toolbox with samples of the emails I had written the last 4 months, plus about 200 articles folks could re-use (that was in the days when you could more easily re-use articles) and I did $3840 my 5th month in the business. The following month I launched a coaching program and did $5540 in sales. I kept adding about $1000 a month in revenue until my 13th month I hit $15,347 in a month. Boy, was I excited.

But that was when I kicked it into high gear.

Because of my success, I was learning so much that many others just weren't teaching, about what actually worked. And I had more information to teach than I could write in a few hours a day.

So I started recording. Recording hours at a time. And over the next 3 years, I recorded hundreds of hours of training, and sold them in training courses ranging from $97 to $3997. Much like the scenario I described above. People buying a new training each month like clockwork.

And I built quite a business.

But over the years, as thousands of people have invested with me, and bought - and studied - my trainings, I realized that certain trainings got people better results than other trainings.

And recently I got a brainstorm and thought, well what if I were to create a brand new training program that had the BEST trainings - the ones that I found were getting people real results, and instead of people having to buy 3, 4, or 5 products to learn everything they needed to know, I would roll all the best training into one comprensive training program that someone could use to learn EVERYTHING they needed to build a complete internet business.

And I thought that was a great idea, so that's what I've done.

That's REALLY hard to compete against!

That'd be like saying, ok, I'm going to build a better Apple computer, and compete against Apple.

Or saying, I'm going to go head-to-head with Amazon or McDonalds.

Well, it's not gonna happen.

And yet that's what I see entrepreneurs doing day in and day out in this industry - and what's happening is that almost without exception, every single new entrant is failing.

The only ones that don't fail are the ones that innovate, do something different to position themselves as different (in a better way) than the firmly entrenched people in the industry.

Have you ever noticed that the same people who were positioned as experts and gurus 5 years ago are the same ones as today, except for people who have done something radical in their niche?

And I realized that the way most people were going around teaching people to build internet businesses was completely wrong.

You know, find a niche and create a product (or schlep someone else's, you know, affiliate marketing) and then sell it.

And they are failing left and right.

Instead, what I have found that works is instead, once you've chosen your niche, then find a way to totally innovate in such a way that you actually create your own sub-niche and dominate that sub-niche.

By dominating in a key area, preferably a new area that you are perceived as being the up-and-coming expert with a new innovation - your competition - the people who are firmly entrenched and against whom if you try to compete you will lose - your competition has to fight to keep up with YOU because as the new, innovative entrant, you threaten their old-school firmly entrenched business. Your competitors actually start buying from YOU!

I've actually done this 4 times in my niche, which is one of the most competitive on earth, right up there with dating and forex, and that is the internet marketing niche. In 4 different categories, over the last 6 years, I have positioned myself as a new-entrant with an innovative edge - and in all 4 categories, I became known as the go-to expert for that sub-niche.

I've done it repeatedly, and in fact, I'm currently doing it in 3 more niche areas - and by positioning myself as having an edge that no one else has, I have NO COMPETITION in these areas - in fact, many internet marketing experts are buying MY TRAINING so they can KEEP UP.

Now, I don't say any of that to brag.

I only say it to tell you this: YOU can quickly and easily reposition yourself in your niche as the go-to expert in your niche.

And when you do, then the rest of your business simply falls together.

People will be buying your products, demanding your coaching, and you will have a practically instant-success expert business.

Now, if that's not what you want - if instead you want to keep banging your head against the wall, hoping you can price-cut your competition into going away - keep trying. It's not working and it won't work.
